HI, I'M KATHARINA

A METAMORPHOSIS DOULA

LIFE CHANGES US

Sometimes slowly, sometimes all at once.

I know these in-between spaces - where something

has ended, and nothing feels clear yet.

I’ve stood with people in those moments:

in hospitals, at bedsides, on yoga mats, in silence,

in heartbreak, in hope.

I’ve been there - in the raw, tender middle.

My roots are in intensive and palliative care,

where I spent many years holding space for people

in moments of profound transition.

Now, I offer that same grounded presence - through

conversation, ritual, touch, creativity, and

movement.

As a body therapist, art therapist, yoga teacher, and

Ayurvedic massage practitioner, I work with what

the body remembers - and what the heart longs for.

Inspired by the principles of yoga philosophy,

I believe healing is not about fixing, but about

returning: to yourself, to your breath, to

your inner knowing.

I see each person as carrying something deeply

unique - a presence, a story, a quiet strength that matters.

Sometimes we forget who we are - especially in times of loss, change, or uncertainty.

My work is about helping you remember.

Not by doing more, but by softening into who you

already are.

I do this work because I believe:

when we meet change with honesty and heart,

something true stirs in us.

Something that brings us back to what matters.

You don’t need to have it all together.

You don’t need to be strong.

You’re allowed to be soft, uncertain, and in-between.

And you don’t have to walk through it alone.

Because life isn’t measured in time - but in depth,

and in the quality with which we live it.
