I’m Katharina – a Metamorphosis Doula.

I hold space for people at life’s thresholds: between old and new, between life and death, between loss and new beginnings.

My roots lie in intensive and palliative care nurse.

I’ve accompanied many through dying – and many through living:

as a yoga teacher, Ayurvedic massage therapist, and art therapist.

I believe:

The more openly we meet change – and death –

the more deeply we begin to live.

Because life is not only measured in time,

but in depth and in quality.

My work is intuitive, individual, and creative.

I draw on ritual, symbol, silence, conversation, touch, movement –

everything that can support you in your transformation.
